2. Fair Use & Pro Limitations
Tier Limits
Users must adhere to the monthly file processing limits associated with their selected plan (Free, Pro, or Enterprise).
Automated Scraping
You may not use bots or automated scripts to scrape metadata or bypass our rate-limiting systems.
3. User Ownership & Data
SmartRename AI does not claim ownership of the images, PDFs, or documents you process. You retain full copyright and ownership of any file you upload. You are responsible for ensuring that you have the right to process any information you upload to our platform.
4. Accuracy of AI Results
Disclaimer: AI-generated filenames, descriptions, and metadata are suggestions only. We do not guarantee 100% accuracy, especially with handwritten or degraded documents. It is the user's responsibility to review and approve all AI-generated results before finalizing their batch renaming.
5. Payments & Subscriptions
Subscriptions are billed recurringly until cancelled. While we offer a powerful AI-driven toolset, payments for digital services are non-refundable in accordance with our refund policy. You may cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future billing.
6. Limitation of Liability
SmartRename AI shall not be held liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use our services, including but not limited to data loss (filenames), financial loss from incorrect naming, or service downtime.
